Positive: This condo at The Ocean Villas was conveniently located to Historic Saint Augustine ( about a 20 minute car ride), shopping and nearby restaurants. We loved the short walk to the beautiful beach, and both pools. The unit was clean, and it had a great common area. with the open floor plan. The wide balcony was enjoyable and relaxing.
Negative: Upon arriving the first day, the screen door to the condo was a bit off putting. It is old, rusty, and didn't close properly. The front door was not easy to open...it would often get stuck, and required a good shove to open. This is a three bedroom unit, and perhaps some extra towels, sheets and pillow cases would have been great. The beach chairs were rusty, and there was no beach cart to take the beach stuff down.
Summary: We had an overall pleasant stay and would consider returning.

Positive: Unit was very clean and had great amenities. Easy access from parking area by stairs and elevator. Both pools were super clean and comfortable.
Negative: We were a bit further from the beach access than expected so we had to walk a good ways to get there. Also, inside the unit the AC could only be set as low as 72⁰ and our family likes it a bit cooler.

Positive: Although a little dated, this appartment is very nice, spacious and comfortable, in a quiet part of the condo complex, on the upper floor. Community pools are nice and the access to beach is very comfortable. All amenities a few minutes of drive away.
